Scrub the clam shells clean. Cut yellow bell pepper into 1.5cm cubes. Separate broccoli into small florets. Slice garlic thinly.

In a frying pan, heat olive oil, garlic, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add clams, broccoli, and yellow bell pepper. Stir over medium heat until coated with oil, then add sake and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until clams open.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
