  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
    • 🍄 6 mushrooms
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

  • Liquid

    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp sake

STEPS

2

Prepare the broccoli into bite-sized florets, slice the mushrooms in half, and thinly slice the garlic, removing its core.

3

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the salmon, and cook until both sides are browned. Remove the salmon from the pan.

4

Add mushrooms to the same pan and stir until coated with oil. Then add broccoli, garlic, rosemary, and the seasoning mixture (salt, water, pepper). Return the salmon to the pan, cover, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and stir to evaporate excess liquid.
