Cut garlic sprouts into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken stock powder, white sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the garlic sprouts and tear the Korean seaweed into pieces while mixing everything together.
