  • Vegetables

    • 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
    • 1 stalk celery (100g)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Basil Breadcrumbs

    • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
    • 1 tbsp dried basil

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem from the tomato, cut it in half horizontally, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly at an angle. Mince the garlic.

Heat breadcrumbs in a frying pan over low heat until golden. Remove and let cool. Mix the breadcrumbs with grated cheese and dried basil in a bowl to create basil breadcrumbs.

Wipe the frying pan clean, add olive oil and minced garlic, and heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus, tomato, and celery, and sauté over medium heat briefly.

Add sake, salt, and pepper, and mix while sautéing. Finally, add the basil breadcrumbs and mix briefly.
