INGREDIENTS

  • Meat

    • 300g ground pork
  • Herbs and Spices

    • 1 bunch parsley, minced
    • 2 sprigs thyme, minced
    • đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, grated
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Dairy and Binders

    • 🥛 2 tbsp milk
    • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

STEPS

Mince the parsley and thyme. Grate the garlic.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except olive oil until sticky. Divide into 10 portions and shape into 5cm sticks.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausage sticks and cook, turning frequently, until browned.

Insert toothpicks into the cooked sausages and serve on a plate.
