    • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • Filling

    • 2 pieces of mochi, diced
    • 1/2 stick mentaiko, crumbled

    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 sheets Korean seaweed, torn
  • Binding

    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Dice the mochi into 1 cm cubes. Crumble the mentaiko by removing the skin. Tear the Korean seaweed into small pieces.

Mix the diced mochi, crumbled mentaiko, grated garlic, mayonnaise, and torn Korean seaweed together.

Place the filling onto the spring roll wrapper and wrap tightly. Seal the edges with the flour-water mixture.

Heat salad oil to 170°C and fry the spring rolls until golden brown. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
