INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 3 tbsp butter
Herbs & Aromatics
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
STEPS
Generously season the ribeye steaks with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Add olive oil.
