INGREDIENTS
Dough
- 250g bread flour
- 💧 180g water
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🧂 20g sugar
- 🧂 4g salt
- 1 tbsp skim milk powder
- 1 tsp instant dry yeast
Topping
- 🧈 40g butter
- 15g mayonnaise
- 🧂 20g sugar
- 🧄 15g minced garlic
- 🌽 40g canned corn
- A pinch of parsley
STEPS
Combine all dough ingredients in a mixer and knead for 25 minutes. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
Deflate the dough gently, divide into 12 portions, and shape into balls. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
Shape each dough ball into a rugby shape, seal the seams tightly, and score the tops. Let them rise for 40-45 minutes.
Mix butter, mayonnaise, sugar, corn, and minced garlic to prepare the topping. Pipe the topping onto the risen dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
