INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Butter
- 🧈 40g butter
Garlic
- 🧄 8 cloves of garlic
Sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
Salt
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
Parsley
- 1/2 tbsp parsley powder
STEPS
Wrap bread slices in plastic wrap and freeze them in a ziplock bag. Microwave for 30 seconds before use.
Cut each bread slice into thirds using scissors.
Mix 40g butter, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp parsley powder, and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl.
Microwave the butter mixture for 30 seconds to melt and stir well.
Add 8 minced garlic cloves to the butter mixture and stir.
Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each bread slice.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes. Bake the bread for 10-15 minutes.
Let the garlic bread cool to achieve a crispy texture.
