STEPS
Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them under cold water.
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, and sesame oil.
Add the garlic cloves to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the garlic becomes tender and the sauce thickens.
