  • Dressing

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
    • 🍏 1/2 cup apple juice
    • 1 tablespoon tomato basil garlic seasoning blend, no-salt
  • Main Salad

    • 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    • 🍅 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
    • 🥒 1 cup chopped cucumbers
    • 🌰 1/4 cup almond slivers
    • Lettuce leaves for serving
