INGREDIENTS
Wrapper
- 16 wonton wrappers
Filling
- 2 packs natto with sauce
- đź§€ 40g processed cheese, diced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
STEPS
Julienne the shiso leaves.
Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
Mix the natto with its included sauce in a bowl. Add the julienned shiso leaves, diced cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to create the filling.
Place 1/16 of the filling onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the wontons until golden brown.
