    • 50g mentaiko
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Peel the taro and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt to remove slime, rinse with water, and pat dry. Coat with potato starch in a bowl.

Pat the cod fillets dry, cut into quarters, and coat both sides with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the taro until golden brown on both sides.
