    • 60g sausage or ham

    • 🥕 50g carrot
    • 🍚 1 cup cooked rice

    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp parsley flakes

Finely chop the sausage, green onion, and carrot.

Prepare 1 cup of cooked rice.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the chopped sausage and green onion until slightly golden.

Add the chopped carrot and stir-fry briefly, then add the rice and stir-fry together. Season with salt.

Turn off the heat, add sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix well, and spread the fried rice on a plate to cool.

Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a sushi mat, add half of the cooled fried rice, and roll tightly. Repeat for the remaining rice.

Lightly oil a pan and pour half of the egg mixture. When slightly set, place the rolled fried rice on top and roll the egg around it.

Slice the egg roll into bite-sized pieces.

Arrange the egg rolls in a lunchbox and drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise. Optionally sprinkle parsley flakes.
