INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack natto (50g)
- 60g kimchi
Toppings
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź’§ 500ml hot water
STEPS
Mix the seasonings (mentsuyu, salt, and hot water) in a measuring cup to create the broth.
Place the cooked rice and broth in a bowl, break up the rice, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes. Pour the beaten egg over the top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 1 minute.
Mix the rice and egg, then top with natto, kimchi, tempura flakes, and chopped green onion.
