INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍄 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
- 1 tbsp tempura flour
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- đź’§ 70cc cold water
Finishing

STEPS
Slice the eringi mushrooms into 7mm thick pieces. Coat them with 1 tbsp of tempura flour.
In a bowl, mix the tempura flour and cold water to prepare the batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C, ensuring it is about 3cm deep. Dip the eringi slices into the batter and fry until the edges solidify. Flip and fry for 1–2 minutes until crispy.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt to taste.
