INGREDIENTS
Main
- 4 dumpling skins
- 1 eringi mushroom (40g)
- 2 tsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- đź’§ 400 ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped green onion
STEPS
Cut the eringi mushroom in half horizontally, then slice it thinly.
Quarter the dumpling skins.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the eringi, dumpling skins, and wakame. Simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until the dumpling skins are cooked. Stir in sesame oil.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
