- 5 sheets fish cake

Seasonings

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A splash of water
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Prepare the ingredients: slice the fish cake into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until it turns slightly transparent.
Add the seasonings: soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sugar, and a splash of water. Stir well.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry until the sauce is mostly absorbed and the fish cake is well-coated.
Adjust sweetness with corn syrup if needed, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
