- 2 sheets fish cake

- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- Some sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the fish cake, onion, carrot, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, corn syrup, sesame oil) in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and fish cake until slightly softened.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
Turn off the heat, add green onion, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
