    • 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide

  • Liquid

    • 2 cups rice water

Boil water and add 1 tsp sea salt. Blanch the eolgari briefly.

Cut the blanched eolgari into bite-sized pieces.
