    • 0.3 tbsp black pepper

Prepare the ingredients: trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and rinse lightly with water.

Mix the sauce: combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, water, and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan and add 3 tbsp of cooking oil.
