INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
- 0.3 tbsp black pepper
STEPS
Prepare the ingredients: trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and rinse lightly with water.
Mix the sauce: combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, water, and black pepper in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan and add 3 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add the enoki mushrooms to the pan.
Pour the prepared sauce over the mushrooms.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens, cooking on medium-high heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
