INGREDIENTS
Mushroom types
- 🍄 Tea enoki 100g
Soybean products
- 🍥 Silken tofu 150g
Seasonings
- Miso 2 tablespoons
- Dashi 500ml

STEPS

Remove the base of the tea enoki and break it into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.
