  • Mushroom types

    • 🍄 Tea enoki 100g
  • Soybean products

    • 🍥 Silken tofu 150g
  • Seasonings

    • Miso 2 tablespoons
    • Dashi 500ml
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste

STEPS

Remove the base of the tea enoki and break it into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.

Add the dashi to a pot over medium heat, then add the tea enoki and simmer for a few minutes.

Dissolve the miso in the soup, add the tofu, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
