INGREDIENTS
Main
- 4 gyoza wrappers
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them.
Cut the gyoza wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, add all ingredients marked with '☆' and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add enoki mushrooms, gyoza wrappers, and dried wakame to the pot. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gyoza wrappers are cooked.
Drizzle sesame oil into the soup before serving.
