INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 🍄 50g enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 Green onion as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the seasonings (☆). Bring to a boil.
Add enoki mushrooms, wakame, and vermicelli to the pot. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
