STEPS
Cut open the cod roe and extract the contents.
Cut mitsuba into 3 cm pieces and trim the root of enoki mushrooms. Cut enoki in half and separate into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add cod roe, mitsuba, mayonnaise, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
