    • 20g enoki mushrooms
    • A pinch of chopped parsley
  • Soup Base

    • 💧 150cc water
    • A pinch of consommé powder
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.

In a mug, mix the soup base ingredients (water, consommé, and salt). Add the enoki mushrooms, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Crack the egg into the mug, pierce the yolk with a toothpick in several places, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 1 minute 30 seconds.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
