INGREDIENTS

- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🦐 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Broth
- 💧 400 ml water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, separate them, and cut them in half.
Add all broth ingredients (water, dashi powder, soy sauce, sake, and salt) to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the enoki mushrooms and dried sakura shrimp to the boiling broth and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Beat the egg and pour it gently into the pot. Let it cook for a moment until set, then serve the soup in bowls.
