INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp black sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
Place the enoki mushrooms and carrots in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes.
Add the cucumber and all the seasoning ingredients (☆) to the container and mix well.
