Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Thinly slice the bell peppers.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the enoki mushrooms and bell peppers, and stir-fry.

Once the enoki mushrooms become tender, add sake, mentsuyu, and red chili. Mix well.
