INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 medium eggplant (80g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed

- 150cc olive oil
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Slice the eggplant into 1cm rounds. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and octopus, cooking until heated through. Add eggplant and simmer until tender.
