INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 茄子 2 eggplants (160g), chopped
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of pepper
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Remove the stems from the eggplants and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stems from the shiso leaves.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the eggplants and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add the miso sauce and stir well.
Tear the shiso leaves and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with pepper and stir briefly.
