    • 🍆 1/2 eggplant
    • 🥒 1/4 cucumber
    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • A little cooking oil

    • 1 tbsp rice wine

Julienne the cucumber and slice the eggplant lengthwise, then cut diagonally.

Mix the beef with the seasoning ingredients to marinate.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef. When the beef is halfway cooked, add the sliced eggplant and continue stir-frying.

Boil water with a pinch of salt and cook the somen noodles. Rinse the noodles under cold water.
