- 🍆 1 eggplant (sliced)
- 5 shiso leaves (thinly sliced)
Meat
- 🥓 100g bacon (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

STEPS
Slice the eggplant into rounds and the bacon into thin strips. Thinly slice the shiso leaves as well.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the bacon. Then add the eggplant and cook until soft.
Mix the cooked pasta with the ingredients in the pan and season with soy sauce.
Garnish with shiso leaves, adjust with salt and black pepper, and serve.
