INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- đź’§ 300ml water
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes until softened.
In a pot, bring 300ml of water to a boil.
Add the chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add the rehydrated wakame and frozen corn to the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly pour the egg whites into the pot while stirring gently to create fluffy strands.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
