    • 1.5 sheets of seaweed
  • Oriental Sauce Ingredients

    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp allulose or sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
    • A pinch of black pepper

Boil 6 eggs in boiling water for 8–10 minutes until hard-boiled. Cool them in cold water and peel the shells.

Julienne 1.5 strips of pickled radish and 1/4 to 1/2 of both red and yellow bell peppers. Cut the cheese slices in half.

Cut the seaweed sheets into quarters. Layer lettuce, cheese, bell peppers, pickled radish, and boiled eggs on top. Roll tightly.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sweetener, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and crushed sesame seeds to make the dipping sauce.

Cut the rolls in half and serve with the dipping sauce or sriracha sauce.
