- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 3-4 eggs
- 🍤 1/2 cup shrimp

- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, chopped
- đź§€ 1 slice of cheese
- A small amount of seaweed
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning for Fried Rice
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ A small amount of salt
- A small amount of pepper
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and mixing eggs with a pinch of salt. Strain the eggs to remove any clumps.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and cook the egg mixture on low heat to make a thin omelet.
In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté shrimp and onion for 1 minute. Add zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
Add rice and seasoning (oyster sauce, ketchup, garlic) to the pan and stir-fry. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
