INGREDIENTS

- 10 frozen dumplings
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍚 2.5 bowls of cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 🥒 1 cup chopped zucchini
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Defrost the frozen dumplings and cook them in the microwave for about 3 minutes or steam them in a pot. Chop them finely.
Chop the cabbage and zucchini finely, then stir-fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and the cooked rice to the pan. Stir well to combine and cook evenly.
Mix the chopped dumplings with the fried rice and vegetables. Optionally, add a drizzle of sesame oil for extra flavor.
Form the fried rice mixture into small rice balls using about 1 tbsp of rice per ball.
Prepare the egg mixture by whisking eggs with a pinch of salt and adding chopped green onions or chives.
Dip each rice ball into the egg mixture and pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
