INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS
Prepare all ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice, 2 eggs, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice and 1/2 cup of water to a pot.
Add 1.5 tbsp sesame oil and sauté until bubbling.
Once the rice is softened, add 1 cup of water to the pot.
Crack 2 eggs into the pot and stir continuously.
Season with 0.5 tsp salt (or adjust to taste).
Finish with a pinch of pepper for flavor.
