INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice

- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, diced
- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients. Dice carrot, zucchini, and slice king oyster mushroom. Chop green onion.
In a bowl, mix 2 cups of cooked rice with 2 eggs until well combined.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté chopped green onion to make fragrant green onion oil.
Add diced carrot, zucchini, and sliced king oyster mushroom to the pan. Stir-fry until tender.
Add the egg-rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through.
Season the rice with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
