INGREDIENTS
Crepe
- 125g flour
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥛 250ml milk
- 25g grapeseed oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
- đź§€ sufficient amount of pizza cheese
STEPS
Mix milk, eggs, grapeseed oil, sugar, and salt with a whisk.
Sift flour into the mixture and whisk until smooth.
Strain the batter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan on low heat, lightly grease with oil, and pour a thin layer of crepe batter. Add a handful of pizza cheese on top.
Place one egg on the crepe and cook on low heat until partially set.
Add bacon strips and fold the edges of the crepe to complete.
If the egg doesn't cook well, try pre-cooking the egg halfway before placing it on the crepe.
