- 2-3 crab sticks

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Chop the green onion and shred the crab sticks into small pieces.
Beat the egg thoroughly in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and scramble the egg over low heat.
Add the chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Turn off the heat, add cooked rice to the pan, and mix well to coat the rice with oil.
Turn the heat back on, stir-fry the rice briefly, then add the shredded crab sticks and cook for 30 seconds.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute until well combined.
