INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
Protein
- 🥚 4 eggs
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 5 cm pieces.
Prepare the eggs.
Beat the eggs well until fully mixed.
Heat a pan and add olive oil.
Pour the eggs into the heated pan and stir gently in circular motions.
Cook the eggs until they are soft and slightly set.
Add the chopped chives to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Stir-fry until the chives are slightly wilted, then remove from heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
