INGREDIENTS

- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
- 🥔 1 potato (200g), diced
Protein
- 🍖 1 slice ham, diced

- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise

STEPS
Defrost the edamame and remove from pods. Dice the potato and ham into 1cm cubes. Soak the potato in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add the edamame, ham, and mayonnaise to the container with the potato. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
