INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🌱 100g edamame
- 200g grated nagaimo
- 🦐 2 tbsp dried shrimp
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Enough salad oil for frying
Garnish
- 🍋 2 wedges of lemon
STEPS
Place edamame and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1–1.5 minutes. Cool and remove beans from pods.
Grate nagaimo.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except salad oil and lemon.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil, and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
