INGREDIENTS
Pastry
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (15x23cm)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
- đź§… 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- đź§€ 30g pizza cheese
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 60cc heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut spinach into 3cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Finely chop the bacon.
Heat oil in a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, sauté bacon and onion until onion turns translucent. Add spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, then let cool.
Mix eggs, cream, consomme, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the egg mixture.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly larger than the tamagoyaki pan and line the pan with it. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
Spread the sautéed ingredients evenly over the pastry, pour in the egg mixture, and sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook on very low heat for about 30 minutes until the egg mixture sets.
