    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
    • 🧄 A small amount of grated garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Cut the cabbage into large bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the pork with the seasoning ingredients and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

Layer the cabbage on a microwave-safe plate, spread the marinated pork on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5.5–6 minutes. Mix everything together before serving.
