INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
  • Meat

    • 🐖 80g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • 🧈 150g firm tofu
    • 🧅 40g minced green onion
    • Chopped chives as needed
  • Liquids

    • 💧 Water as needed
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 2 1/2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
    • Chili oil as needed

STEPS

Lightly drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Mince the green onion.

Add soaked rice and seasonings (☆) to the rice cooker pot. Pour water up to the 1-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the rice evenly.

Spread ground pork and minced green onion evenly over the rice. Place tofu pieces on top and start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, sprinkle chopped chives and gently mix the rice. Serve in bowls and drizzle with chili oil as desired.
