    • 2/3 tbsp chili powder
    • đź§‚ 3.5–4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
    • đź’§ 100 ml water
    • Adequate amount of cooking oil

Slice the tofu into bite-sized pieces and remove excess moisture using a kitchen towel or cloth.

Prepare the sauce by mixing chopped green onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, chili powder, soy sauce, corn syrup, and water in a bowl.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu on low heat until golden and crispy on one side.

Flip the tofu, lightly fry the other side, then pour the prepared sauce over the tofu. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the tofu and shaking the pan.

Once the sauce has reduced and thickened, the dish is ready to serve.
