Season chicken with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. Heat grapeseed oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until fully cooked and juices run clear (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).

Remove chicken from the skillet and let cool for about 10 minutes.

Mix ranch dressing, hot sauce, and remaining Cajun seasoning in a large bowl.
