- 200g water parsley
- 350g bean sprouts
Seasonings

STEPS
Remove the leaves from the water parsley and cut the stems into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the bean sprouts under running water.
Boil water with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt, blanch the water parsley for 3 seconds, then rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Lightly cook the bean sprouts by either blanching or simmering with 1 cup of water. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Combine the blanched bean sprouts and water parsley in a bowl. Add minced garlic, fine salt, perilla oil, and sesame seeds. Mix gently to combine.
Serve the bean sprout and water parsley salad as a refreshing side dish. Enjoy its crunchy texture and aromatic flavor.
